This is the changing mat I wish I had for my children. 
Baby is lightly swaddled by this mat, calming them, and allowing you to talk to them with eye contact while carrying out their cares.
Lightweight, washable, foldable, but the best thing is it has two "arms" that velcro around your child's waist. This contains their hands to ensure you have both hands free to change the nappy.
